In the fashion trends of women's headwear for spring-summer 2012 there
are three main lines: hats, caps and turbans. Each of them emphasizes
the style selected by the designer, and it is subject to trends for

The collections of leading fashion designers present the hats of the
20s, elegant and almost weightless, with ribbons, with small brim and

Among the theme directions in hats, we see a maritime theme, and for
the women, who love Westerns, fashion trends for summer 2012 give "green
light" for the hats in the cowboy style. Preferably, the male version
of the cowboy hats is used; it emphasizes femininity and strengthens the
dashing image. It is appropriate to use metal finish, which is popular
this season.
Fashionable caps of spring-summer 2012 may be: voluminous, bright and
glamorous, as well as made in sports or militaristic style. Sports theme
is not limited to baseball caps; we should single out the cap peaks and
the caps without posterior half, made of straw or plastic, transparent
and colorful design.
Turbans, different bands and headscarves form another popular trend of
headwear in summer 2012. Twisted in a knot, or falling on the shoulder,
bright or one-colored, with or without prints, they attract attention
and create a unique image.
Decor and color solutions are quite predictable: bright and pure
colors, prints, pastels and metallic colors, transparency, gloss, lace
and flowers. Among the two-colored hats color trend blocks are
individually allocated, not only with the use of black and white, but
the combination of different colors. Materials may be quite different:
fabric, straw, plastic, you can even use crocheted models; the most
important thing is the style.
